This year The Glades shopping centre in Bromley has welcomed a number of new shops and businesses.
From luxury beauty brands to artisan bread, these are some of the shops that were new to Bromley in 2023:
Bread Ahead Bakery
Located opposite Caffé Nero and New Look, Bread Ahead Bakery took over the former site that once housed Oasis.
It first opened its doors on June 6 this year, selling artisan bread, sourdough pizzas and pastries.
Goldsmiths
Located in the Upper Mall in Units 244 and 245, Goldsmiths opened in July this year, taking over the units that were formerly occupied by Karen Millen and Coast.
The store sells a range of luxury watch and jewellery brands including prestigious names like Breitling, TUDOR & Hublot, along with well-known luxury brands like Gucci and Fope.
The store also features a showroom which can be visited by making a personal appointment.
Tag Heuer
Tag Heuer opened in August 2023, owned by parent company Watches of Switzerland and located next to Goldsmiths.
It’s located at Unit 246, formerly home to Dune which has since moved to a different unit within the Glades.
The store offers a range of luxury men’s and women’s watches which showcase the brand’s Swiss watchmaking expertise.
Moda in Pelle
Moda in Pelle joined Bromley Glades in August this year, located in the former T.M. Lewin store at Unit 223 on the second floor near to Boots.
The shop sells a range of women’s leather shoes and handbags that are geared towards comfort and design.
Space NK
Rounding up our list is Bromley’s latest addition – Space NK, which opened its doors in September 2023.
The store took over Unit 222, which was formerly home to Levi's, before it moved to a different unit on the second floor.
Space NK stocks over 170 beauty brands, with popular names from Rare Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury and Sol de Janeiro.
The new opening marked Space NK’s 74th store in the UK, and is the second Space NK store to open in south east London, with its other store located in Blackheath Village.
